Our team often takes on ambitious tasks. One such project was the International Youth Olympiad by HSE.
At the outset, we discussed a minimum of 5 media plan options. However, we ultimately chose the most effective one for generating applications from CIS countries.
We encountered many surprises - Google moderation, unusually high response, but unstable CPC, and challenges in managing YouTube campaigns.
Nevertheless, the end result was a very high-quality and robust advertising campaign.
The PPC manager's comment
For me, the project seemed quite straightforward. Yes, two weeks for an advertising campaign might not be much for Google Ads; it takes a while to ramp up.
However, at the start, we took on several dozen creative variations and had a sufficient budget for their launch.
As a result, we were able to fully meet the KPIs.
